Limi­ta­tion of liability own contents

The contents of the Tentamus website have been created with the utmost care. Never­the­less, Tentamus cannot guar­antee the topi­cality, complete­ness and correct­ness of all pages. As a service provider, Tentamus is respon­sible for its own content on these pages in accor­dance with § 7 para­graph 1 of the Teleme­di­enge­setz and general laws. According to §§ 8, 9 and 10 of the Teleme­di­enge­setz, Tentamus is not obliged to monitor trans­mitted or stored infor­ma­tion. As soon as Tentamus becomes aware of a concrete infringe­ment, Tentamus removes this content imme­di­ately. Tentamus can there­fore only assume liability with regard to a concrete viola­tion of the law from the time of knowledge.
